This position will be responsible for creating a recruiting campaign and process and high-volume recruiting of operators and technicians into the knitting and dipping plants.

  • Develop a recruiting strategy and brand for operator, maintenance and technician workers and collaborate with supervisors on sourcing strategies
  • Managing the entire recruitment process and life-cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and evaluating candidates
  • Plan and source according to headcount requirements
  • Spend significant time in the field recruiting and proactively recruit
  • Bachelor Degree
  • Bilingual
  • Bachelor’s Degree any option
  • 4 yrs. Minimum of previous experience in similar position
  • Key requirements:

  • Fully bilingual English-Spanish
  • Very strong computer skills, report analysis, travel arrangements.

  • Minimum 5 years experience as Human Resources Generalist
  • Extensive experience in the area of Training, Labor Relations, Benefits and Compensations.

  • Minimum 3 year experience in ISO 13485 & 9001, preferably with knowledge of FDA requirements.
  • Career in Engineering
  • Valid visa
  • Availability to travel to training or transfer of business.
  • BBA, with emphasis in Engineering and Maintenance, MBA preferred
  • Vendor/Contract Management experience: Managing multiple vendors and internal resources across work streams simultaneously Strong background working with multiple vendors and affiliates
  • Strong technology background (requirements, development, application management, maintenance, operations) a plus
  • Pragmatic, personable with very clear and efficient communication style
  • Lean Manufacturing as a Champion, Project management
  • Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience in core tools police and deployment, FMEA, MSA, SPC CAPAS A3 and control plan.
  • Effective problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
  • Ability to work independently, with strong organizational and flexibility skills in a team-oriented environment.
  • Experience in Automotive industry and quality systems, ISO TS16949. Knowledge and operation of integrated automation systems, with a focus on continuous improvement, cost reduction and safety.
  • Effective management skills in setting direction, building effective teams and driving them to meet objectives Ability to delegate tasks to subordinates, Solid interpersonal skills and interact with a diverse population / Union.
  • Financial management skills
  • +8 years plus of Maintenance experience +8 years plus of manufacturing experience support.
  • OSHA / MX Safety regulations, Ct-pat, Basc.
